4.1 NO Refunds

 All sales are final. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds or credits will be issued for: 

• Partial months/years of service. 
• Periods where the account was active but the service was not used.
• Changes in your business needs or "change of mind."

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in the event of a verified technical failure on our end that prevented service access for an extended period. Any such refund does not waive our "No Refund" policy for future instances.
