Terms of service

At Dexter Galactic,

2.1 Subscription and Licensing

• Grant of License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our SaaS tools for your internal business purposes.
  
• Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer the Service, use it for illegal purposes, or attempt to bypass any security measures.
  
  

2.2 Payment, Fees, and Taxes

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Stripe Integration: By subscribing, you authorize Dexter Galactic to charge your payment method via Stripe.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.
  
  

2.3 User Content and Data 

• Ownership: You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service.
• License to Us: You grant Dexter Galactic a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
  
  

2.4 Service Availability & Support

• We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.
  
  

2.5 Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexter Galactic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the [12 months] preceding the claim.
  
  

2.6 Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or fail to pay subscription fees.
  
  

2.7 Governing Law
